What a planning payment purchases

A disclosed fee purchases a procurement plan derived from approved provider metadata. Payment to the selected supplier is separate. A plan is not a warranty of supplier availability, output accuracy, licensing authority or realized savings.

Data boundaries

The planner processes provider identifiers and constraints. The client executes provider requests locally. Operator credentials and private wallet keys must not be included in requests, descriptions or prompts.

Provider terms still apply

Receiving a route or a cryptographic evidence document does not grant rights to reuse, train on or redistribute third-party data. Additional terms or unknown rights require further review.

Release activation

Live service is deliberately disabled until the operator completes the release checklist. Configuration alone does not create customers, validated demand or profit.
